Terms of Service

Seven Places lets you keep ranked lists of your favourite places, share them, follow friends, and ask for or give recommendations. It is provided free, as-is, and we may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old. One person per account; don’t impersonate others or squat handles.

The places, notes, and collections you create are yours. So that the product can work, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and share that content according to your settings — public lists publicly, private accounts to approved followers, request answers to the person who asked. Delete your content and the licence for it ends.

Keep it honest and lawful: no spam, no harassment or hateful content, no unlawful material, no scraping the service, and no notes you don’t have the right to post. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Place data and photos come from Google’s Places API, city images from Pexels, and maps from OpenFreeMap/OpenStreetMap. Their content belongs to them and their licences; opening a place in Google Maps takes you to Google’s service under Google’s terms.

Seven Places is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Recommendations are personal opinions of the people who wrote them — a place may be closed, changed, or not to your taste. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using Seven Places and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
